Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Cage Cheats (“we”, “us”). They cover this website, our checkout, and all software, license keys, and loaders we provide (the “service”).

By accessing the site, purchasing, downloading, or using anything we provide, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We sell digital license keys and loader software for game enhancement tools, fulfilled through our checkout partner SellAuth. Keys are delivered digitally and are considered consumed the moment they are delivered to you.

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the software for personal use only, for the duration you purchased.

This is a license, not a sale. We own the software, and all rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the service.

Employees, contractors, and affiliates of game publishers or anti-cheat providers are not permitted to purchase or use the service. By completing checkout you confirm you are not one.

You may not:

share, resell, lend, or distribute keys or the software · reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code · use the software to harass, attack, or disadvantage other players · use the service in any way that breaks applicable law.

Breaking these rules ends your license immediately, without refund.

Third-party software can violate a game's terms of service. Consequences can include temporary or permanent game bans, hardware ID bans, and loss of progress, ranks, or purchases — on your game account and your platform account.

You assume this risk in full. We are not responsible for any enforcement action taken by a game publisher, platform, or anti-cheat provider against you.

The software is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no guarantee that it will function, stay compatible, remain undetected, or stay online — game updates, anti-cheat updates, or operating system changes can interrupt it at any time, for any length of time.

Payments are processed by third parties — SellAuth and its payment providers. We never see or store your card details. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate your license and access to the service at any time — including for breaking these Terms, chargebacks, fraud, or abuse of our support channels — without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages — including lost game accounts, lost progress or purchases, lost revenue, or claims from third parties. Your only remedy if you are unhappy with the service is to stop using it.

You agree to hold us harmless against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your use of the service or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept it. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
